Ayatana Sea Villas is located in Morong, Bataan — approximately 2.5 to 3 hours from Manila by private car. We recommend hiring a private vehicle for the most comfortable journey.
Take NLEX northbound → Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) → Bataan Expressway (SBEX) → Morong, Bataan. Approximately 2.5–3 hours depending on traffic.
Victory Liner or Genesis buses serve the Bataan route from Cubao or Pasay. Alight at Balanga City, then take a tricycle or arrange pickup to Morong.
